“I had some concerns about my roof so we made an appointment.
He showed up ten minutes early and got right to work. About 20 minutes later he told me my roof looked pretty good, had probably 3+/- years left. He also got up in the attic (which is not an easy task) to inspect the underside of the roof and investigate the possible causes for what I had concerns about.
He showed me a dozen or so pictures on his phone of signs of wear and a few troubled spots. We discussed a course of action for those areas as well as how to fix those other concerns I had.
He offered to help with anything I wasn’t capable of doing myself, shook my hand and asked me to keep him in mind in a few years. Very pleasant experience and he didn’t push for a new roof or a bunch of other services.”
