We had a couple issues afterwards due to the weird way our gutters are set up, but they came out multiple times as small issues occurred and fixed them up for free.

We specially requested if they could finish the roofing by the time our baby was born so that it wouldn't interrupt the babies rest, and Bruce (the installer) was very kind and came out to finish the job ASAP.

“We contacted Rolling Hills when our roof started losing some shingles with almost every storm. Alex was quick to respond and outlined their services, including providing a link to pictures of our roof that he had taken, showing why the roof was ready to be replaced. We committed to having them replace our roof. Before the roof was replaced, Bruce came out several times in poor weather to replace shingles that had blown off. The interim roof repairs came with the package - no extra charges. The roof repairs alone gave us huge peace of mind.

When we met with Alex we told him about some other things we wanted to do - add some gutters, things like that. Alex arranged for Nathan of "Gutter Proz" to come and give us an estimate. He returned and did a great job adding the gutters we wanted and doing some repair and cleaning of the existing gutters.

A delivery truck did crack our driveway despite putting down pads. Alex asked us what they could do to make it right. Alex arranged for Ealy Construction to have Kosiah (I hope I got his name right) come out and repair that crack, and we had him fill some other cracks that had been on the "to do" list for way too long.

Bruce was fantastic. He kept us informed of his progress and cleaned up the work site - every day. He is clearly an experienced professional. “The owner, Nethaniel, knocked on my door and asked if I’d like a free roof inspection. I had some concerns about my roof so we made an appointment.

He showed up ten minutes early and got right to work. About 20 minutes later he told me my roof looked pretty good, had probably 3+/- years left. He also got up in the attic (which is not an easy task) to inspect the underside of the roof and investigate the possible causes for what I had concerns about.

He showed me a dozen or so pictures on his phone of signs of wear and a few troubled spots. We discussed a course of action for those areas as well as how to fix those other concerns I had.

He offered to help with anything I wasn’t capable of doing myself, shook my hand and asked me to keep him in mind in a few years. Very pleasant experience and he didn’t push for a new roof or a bunch of other services.”
