There was absolutely no sales pressure; in fact, they actually told me that my roof was in decent shape, and I could wait a few years to replace it if I wanted!

When we decided to go ahead anyway, they started the job when they said they would start, finished when they said they would finish (despite a terrible rain storm in the middle), and were polite, professional, and respectful of my time throughout the whole process.
